Multilingual packagingdesign and adaptation.Nothing else.
Ten years of its founder's craft, focused on one thing: designing packaging and adapting it to each market's language and rulebook. No brand identity, no corporate websites, no product design.

Ivette Guedella Reyes
Founder and CEO
More than ten years designing packaging and producing print-ready artwork for consumer companies in regulated sectors. She watched the same failure repeat: the pack ships clean and then breaks as it multiplies across languages and markets. Braille overprinted, an H statement that will not fit, a version nobody can vouch for. She founded Kaineos in July 2026 to solve it as a system, not as a job order. She sets the standard the company works to: what adapts, what never moves, and who answers for each version.
See profile on LinkedInIvette has spent ten years inside packaging, and that craft always lands in the same place: the first version of a pack comes out clean, but the moment it has to ship in several languages the trouble starts. By the third market you are patching things; by the sixth, it's a problem you pay for in weeks and whole batches.
That is why Kaineos exists: around that moment a pack has to multiply. Not by throwing hours at it: we've kept sharpening a method, project after project, until shipping a range in five or six markets at once stops moving the launch date.
A generalist studio designs the pack and sends the text out for translation when the time comes. That gives you words back, not print-ready artwork. We design the pack, and we also live in the awkward overlap between scaling fast, meeting each country's rules and keeping the brand in one piece, and we've stayed there on purpose.
Our thesis, after ten years ofits founder's craft.
Kaineos launches in July 2026, but it had been in the making for a decade. The problem was not spotted on a whiteboard. It was seen project after project, from the inside, on brands that had to reach several markets at once.
A regulatory error isn't a design mistake, it's a system failure.
In pharma, chemical or food, a misplaced pictogram or missing line isn't "a detail" — it's a batch on hold. We solve it before it happens, with checklists and version control, not with more reviews at the end.
Scaling isn't doing it faster. It's making it reproducible.
A pack in six languages isn't six designs. It's a well-thought master, typographic reflow anticipated per language, and clear rules about what adapts and what stays untouched.
A small senior team solves more than a big junior one.
You always work with the people whose hands are on the project. No account management layers, no juniors learning on your artwork.
How we work.
Precision over speed
We'd rather take one more day than ship an error. But with the system, we almost never have to choose.
System over heroics
We don't rely on a brilliant designer being available. We rely on a process that works.
Specialisation over expansion
We've been offered brand identity and corporate websites; we don't go there. We stay on the pack: how it's designed, how it multiplies and how it complies in each market.
Full traceability
Every file we ship has a history. What changed, when, why, who approved it.
What we don't do, and why.
We don't do brand identity or corporate websites.
A supplier that does everything is a specialist in nothing. We stay on the pack because that is where an error costs whole batches.
We don't print.
We deliver print-ready files and work with your printer. If we printed, we would be checking our own work before invoicing it. Nobody should be in that position.
We are not regulatory affairs.
Your regulatory adviser validates the content. We answer for the artwork we deliver matching exactly what was validated. Separating who validates from who executes is what makes the validation mean something.
We don't design products.
The pack and what goes inside it are two different crafts. We take the pack and its legal information into each market.
Proprietary tooling
We build our own tools to automate the mechanical part: propagating a change, controlling reflow per language, knowing which version is in production. We don't sell them yet. Today they are why a small team can hold a whole catalogue without growing headcount, and why human review goes to what actually needs it.
